Terms
This Plan is a service contract between you and DaimlerChrysler Service Contracts Inc. The Plan protects you against major repair bills should a component covered by the Plan fail in normal use. DaimlerChrysler Service Contracts Inc. is solely responsible, (liable) for the fulfillment of the provisions of the Plan. Dodge-Warranty.net, and Golick Chrysler Jeep, Inc. are at no time responsible, (liable), for any fulfillment of the provisions of the Plan. These are DaimlerChrysler Service Contract and any warranty issues should be directed to DaimlerChrysler Service Contract, Inc. DaimlerChrysler Service Contracts are accepted by DaimlerChrysler Dealer's service departments nationwide. We do not sell extended warranties and service contracts on the Internet. All sales are done over and by the phone only. A representative from our Chrysler dealership will be calling you to verify your information, collect payment, answer any questions you may have, and sell you the service contract if possible. This site is informational only, just like a phone book, and does not constitute a sale. Any non OEM (original equipment) parts, and/or accessories installed on your vehicle will not be covered by your DaimlerChrysler Service Contract. The following vehicles are not eligible for DaimlerChrysler Service Contract: Vehiclesplaced in taxi or limousine service, (except vehicles placed in van pool service), Vehicles used for emergency service, ambulance, towing and police service, Vehicles used for postal or severeoff-road use, Vehicles altered or converted from the original manufacture's specifications, Vehicles converted from two to four-wheel drive, Vehicles not used in accordance with manufactures specifications for pay load and/or towing capacities, Any vehicle that is declared to be a total loss, or is issued a certificate of title indicating that it is designated a "salvage", "junk", "rebuilt, or words of similar impact, Vehicles where the factory warranty has been voided or restricted by the manufacturer. By Accepting this agreement, this means the Plan and the Warranty Disclaimer, indicated above, have been reviewed by you, and if your application is approved by DaimlerChrysler Service Contracts, you accept its terms and conditions. Golick Chrysler Jeep Inc. is unable to sell DaimlerChrysler service contracts to residents of the state of Florida or residents outside of the United States. Phone sales of all DaimlerChrysler service contracts shall be deemed to have occurredat the premises of Golick Chrysler Jeep at 600 7th street, Pitcairn, Pa. 15140 and are subject to the laws of the state of Pennsylvania. Our hours are Monday ,Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, and Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9:00 am to 5pm.
